How has your sleep been lately? With the busyness and stress of everyday life, many of you may be feeling unsettled.
In the meantime, we would like to share the results of the survey we conducted.
Survey results: Are you sleeping well at night?
- I'm sleeping soundly !: 44%
- Sleep quality is fair : 33%
- Honestly, I haven't been sleeping much... : 22%
Surprisingly, less than half of the people were able to sleep soundly, suggesting that many people are concerned about "lack of sleep" and "quality of sleep."
Common sleep problems
Based on actual feedback, we have compiled a list of common sleep problems we hear about.
- Even if I try to sleep, I can't fall asleep easily.
- I wake up multiple times during the night
- I still feel tired when I wake up in the morning
These concerns may be caused by fatigue that gradually builds up in our daily lives, or by lifestyle habits that affect us without us even realizing it.
Why not reconsider your relationship with caffeine?
Caffeine is one of the factors that can disrupt sleep.
If you have a habit of drinking coffee or tea, especially in the evenings, it can make it difficult to fall asleep.
If you're worried about feeling awake in the middle of the night, try reconsidering when you consume caffeine. For example, many people report that simply switching to decaffeinated drinks in the evening helps them sleep better.
