Only the cover is washable. Please note that the weighted eye mask (with glass beads) inside cannot be washed.
The cover can be washed by hand using a mild detergent or in a washing machine using a gentle cycle (dry or delicates) in a laundry net.
After washing, dry thoroughly in the shade before use.
*Using a dryer or bleach may damage the fabric.
*Please make sure the appliance is completely dry before heating.

If you heat it in a microwave (700W) for about 90 seconds, it will stay warm for about 20 to 30 minutes.
In actual measurements conducted by the Kanagawa Prefectural Institute of Industrial Science and Technology, it was confirmed that the surface temperature immediately after heating was around 40°C, reached a maximum of approximately 42°C after 5 minutes, and then gradually decreased to approximately 33-34°C after 30 minutes.
For this reason, we recommend using it for approximately 20 minutes to feel a comfortable warmth throughout the entire use.
In addition, the structure allows heat to be gently transferred to the skin through the cover, so there is little risk of low-temperature burns.
