1. The moment I realized the value of naps

This led me to consider how to improve my physical condition and performance in an irregular work environment. Coincidentally, the habit of "power naps" was popular among Western business people, and I had personally experienced how a short break of just 15 to 30 minutes could significantly improve my concentration and creativity for the next few hours.
The relief from fatigue and the sense of mental clarity were like a fog lifting. This discovery was more than just a personal experience; it required further exploration.
