3. Encounter with the Mail Order Tiger

My passion for napping culture became the driving force behind my next challenge. At that time, a fateful encounter occurred - the YouTube program Mail Order Version of Reiwa Tiger. Meeting "Mail Order Tiger" became a turning point for HIRUNEGAO.

"Tsurui no Tora" is a program in which entrepreneurs with unique products or ideas give presentations in front of investors and CEOs, who then judge their products.

Appearing on this show was a big challenge for me. If the show receives positive reviews, the video will remain on the screen, and conversely, if it receives negative reviews, those will also remain. I was nervous about speaking about HIRUNEGAO's vision in front of the camera and conveying the value of weighted eye masks, but deep down I had a strong desire to spread "nap culture."

The results were astonishing. The presidents of Tora saw great potential in the product, and it received much better reviews than they had expected. This success was not just a matter of fundraising, but also a benchmark showing the potential for the new value of "nap culture" to be accepted by society.
